With over 20 years of experience in lighting and emergency lighting design, Bow is a highly skilled and results-driven lighting designer. Her expertise goes beyond understanding lighting technology — she’s deeply attuned to its impact on health, well-being, and aesthetics. As a natural problem solver, Bow has a proven track record of collaborating with contractors and builders to identify efficient, practical solutions that meet both technical and creative needs.

As an accredited Lighting Designer holding MIES (Member of the Illuminating Engineering Society), Bow has the professional qualifications to sign off on lighting designs, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. Her leadership and project management skills are further strengthened by her ENTJ personality type, which drives her to excel in roles as a senior creative lighting designer, project leader, lighting design manager and business owner. Bow has successfully delivered numerous award-winning projects, earning 13 prestigious awards for lighting and luminaire design.
With a background in interior architecture and fine art, Bow has an intuitive grasp of three-dimensional spaces. Her expertise in painting and hand sketching enhances her ability to create unique luminaire designs that elevate and transform environments.

Bow also holds a second master’s degree in sustainable design, reflecting her commitment to creating spaces that are not only visually stunning but also environmentally responsible.
